Administrative Coordinator

Approx 40 hours per month, retainer position 

$750/month

Start Date: January 1st, 2026

Job Duties:

Partnership Coordination: 

●   Coordinate between strategic partners and SLFF staff necessary marketing materials

●   Communicate with all strategic partners, including but not limited to: Brands, Students, and other non-profits and businesses that SLFF partners with 

●   Assist Donors in payment and ensure they receive deliverables for their investment 

 

Event Coordination: 

●   Assist with the planning, logistics, and execution of large and small fundraising events.

●   Manage RSVP tracking, follow-up, and guest communications for all events.

●   Handle list management for each event, ensuring accurate guest data and seamless coordination with the development team.

●   Coordinate vendor communications, on-site logistics, and materials preparation.

●   Attend and work all SLFF events at request.

 

 Donor Growth/Retention: 

●   Utilize Donor Perfect Software to help with overall donor communication and retention 

●   Implement giving strategies throughout the year with current donors 

●   Proficient writing skills and basic graphics skills 

 

Operational Administrative Duties: 

●   Take minutes for all Board Meetings and send back to Board Chair and Executive Director 

●   Assist with Board Deck for all Board Meetings

●   Run Board Meeting Zoom 

●   Assist with general scheduling for Executive Director and Chair of the Board - create calendar invites, coordinate meetings, and schedule necessary Zoom meetings
